there is a certain species on earth whom we call the BIMBOS. well, sometimes i refer myself or my closer frens as bimbos too. do we all know what bimbo is all about? well, think Paris Hilton, Miley Sirus... Lindsay Lohan?

so, back to my story... earlier tonight, i was watching TV n i happen to come across this show with the title Paris Hilton's My New BFF.. come on, who doesnt wanna look at Paris more? so i decided to stay with that channel.

the whole thing about this (another) reality show of Paris is pretty simple, to find herself a new BFF after nicole richie has left her. what? u dont know what BFF means?

it means Best Friend Forever. where have u been for the past century?

a total of 18 young ppl who all claims to have potential to be Paris's new BFF have to compete among themselves in order to be the new slave  best friend of her. like...WOW! BIG DEAL! right?

but seriously, i DID learn something from the show... u know, being Paris, u have to travel so many places in a day to... erm... do things like....walk the red carpet, present an award.. or... on a vacation...n stuff like that right?

n being Paris...of course the main point of her showing up is to... look pretty right? so she kinda always have to remind the contestant that they have to always look pretty no matter what situation they're in. so, one of the challenges which Paris cruely put the contestants through is... to look pretty although they're riding a roller coaster LOL

the show is SO paris right? im so happy i get to watch tonight's episode..becoz it certainly entertained me... i can proudly say i DO love Paris even more now. she is like a dead body lying on the couch all the time and narrating the show in her monotonous voice hot in the show.

the best part is, i think i learnt so much about being a successful bimbo tonight. afterall, who doesnt wanna be Paris?

i came across this show The Biggest Loser season 2 finale last night while i was doing some channel surfing. actually i knew of this show earlier but im not an avid follower, n so ngam last night was the season finale, so i watched it anyway.

at the end of the show...the winner of Season 2 who is Matt, has shred off a total of 157 pounds (approx.71kg) n that is 46.31% of his original boday weight!!! isnt that freaking insane? that is almost like half of his original size already!!

being a plus size since very young age, i certainly know how hard is it to lose weight. n as most of us know, losing weight is about the correct diet n working out. which means one has to be very discipline in order to lose weight.

the show certainly brings tear to my eyes. seeing those ppl wish such great determination to lose weight has definately brought up my spirit to work even harder in the gym.

n people, please do not find excuse to not work out n not eating right simply becoz "Im not vain, i do not need to look slim to feel good". that is bullshit. being slim n fit is not all about the looks but it is about your health, your determination and your discipline. ppl do not become fit n healthy over night. i respect ppl with great body n spirit simply becoz i know at least they are responsible to their own body, unlike ppl with bad eating habit i.e. smokes n drinks.

please at least care more about your own health n dont only sit on your couch n watch tv every night after dinner. u r going to feel the unhealthyness when u aged.

btw, your beloved starrywicked cant lose more weight than he thought bcoz he loves ice cream n sweet stuff too much :p he has been working out since years ago n manage to cut some flabs off but of coz, it is not enough. LOL

finally, works have all been settled (for the time being), n therefore i earned a really relaxing weekend.

looking back at the past few weeks, sleeping early is not realyl an option due to the super packed schedule. imagine a dateline a day? insane right? not to mention clients seeing, meetings going n site spotchecking!!

for the weekend, i had really relaxed n manage to pick up my DS to play again!! thanx to nich for informing me that Gardening Mama is already out, so i have actually had some hands on the game... n found out that i knew so little about gardening!! it is a easy but fun game though, ha ha.

anyway, vacation is kambing!! cant wait for it already!! just hope that i can safely sail through these few days without being need to FAN too much about office n work!!

last week i went to the one and only AMEI's star tour in KL... boy was it fantastic or what!! i guess most of the concert goer will definately agree with me.

technically, we're all K-ing while Amei singing the lead on stage, ha ha.

nevertheless, i had a fun time last weekend. not to mention i get to molest monki's Cohee girl so much until i think she is so sick of me dirty hands :p

on the side note, how many of u out there are going to support the Earth Hours on the coming 28th March? i know i will! and Nich is saying she will check on her TV schedule first while monki didnt give me a firm answer :p

still remember when i called kedai lektrik? i was mid last week. no action was taken... until today.

so fianlly just now somebody called me asking regarding the lamp post.

Smelly dude : encik ada buat aduan tentang tiang lampu?
Me : ya ada
Smelly dude : mana rumah encik?
Me : *giving address* depan AmBank aje
Smelly dude : ooo,,kejap i datang lah tuh
Didn't i already gave every particular to the operation in the last post? *roll eyes*

Smelly dude : Oh ya cik, tiang lampu tu besi ke batu?
Me : HUR?
Smelly dude : i nak tahu tu tiang lampu besi ke batu?
Me : (still got batu punya meh?) oh tiang besi
Smelly dude : then itu bukan pasal kita, itu pasal MPK (local authority)

seriously, i was very surprise today, bcoz i have made a call to our local kedai lektrik.

initially, i called to complaint :p

it was due to the lamp post in front of my house was spoilt, so a lot of inconveniences happened at night. being out of choices, i decided to call kedai lektrik having the thought that nothing's going to change becoz u know they never do anything although u complaint, right?

so.. i call the helpline... n i choose to converse in BM. i just pick BM bcoz i thought that has the biggest chance of ppl picking up. u know, kedai lektrik n kedai telepon r the same, nobody picks up your call when u need to call them.

the first time, i waited until the tone died off... WELL, what's new, right?

so i decided to call the second time.

this time, the operator picks up rather quickly. from the tone, i think she is an indian lady. NO this is not a racism post, u silly people.

and then..the unexpected happened...

she actually straight away said to me : Yes Mr.Chan, how can i help u?

i was like *shocked*shocked*shocked*dumbfounded*dumbdfounded*

she continues : "so Mr.Chan, just let me rectify this with me before we begin. So ure calling me from 012-9XXXXXX right?"

me : "*shocked*shocked*shocked*dumbfounded*dumbdfounded*"

she : "n your address is 40, JalanXXX , xXXX XXXX, Kuantan, am i right?"

now im feeling creepy and wanted to hang up already, actually. but then i went on telling her my problems anyway. n she sounded friendly and helpful.

in the end, i got my problems across to her, n she said she has already launch a defect report for me n gave me a case number so i can call back to check the case status.

i was like, since when THE kedai lektrik has became so efficient?

anyway, the lamp post has not been repaired yet until now... we shall see how long it takes for them to come get it fixed.

but no matter what, im already quite impressed with their service on the phone. at least i got an english speaking operator when i pressed for 1 untuk bahasa melayu!!

n at least they can trace the caller already now :p what an improvement :p
